If selling high-value solutions and growing within a challenging commercial environment motivates you—and you meet the profile—we want to meet you. **Responsibilities:** * Actively prospect new clients (outbound and inbound). * Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing. * Deliver commercial presentations to mid- and senior-level executives (HR Managers, HR Directors, CFOs, CEOs). • Develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities with active clients. • Build consultative relationships grounded in trust and value. * Maintain timely follow-up with prospects and clients using CRM. * Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. * Coordinate with Implementation and Support teams to ensure a positive customer experience. * Identify attrition risks and execute retention actions. **Objectives:** Generate revenue through prospecting, closing, and expanding B2B accounts—building long-term relationships with Human Resources leaders and positioning PeopleCloud as a strategic solution for their operations.
