Position: Administrative Assistant – Treasury Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. $3,000 weekly net pay Legal benefits + uniforms Job Objective Track supplier payments, control expenses, and provide administrative support to the finance department. Main Responsibilities: Payment scheduling and tracking Invoice review vs. purchase orders Recording expenses in the system and preparing weekly and monthly reports Petty cash control Bank reconciliations Administrative control of fuel and fleet Manage supplier portfolio Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration 2 years of experience in accounts payable or as an accounting assistant Intermediate Excel skills Experience with electronic banking Important: This vacancy is located in the East Zone (Los Héroes); therefore, candidates should be able to commute conveniently.
