Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Executive for a Call Center with negotiation experience to manage large-scale portfolios and secure payment commitments. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with quality standards Position: Collections Call Center Executive Work Location: Col. Los Pinos, Mérida . REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education Minimum 6 months of experience in telephone collections (preferably in banking, financial, or retail sectors) Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills Residence no more than 1 hour away from the work location RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of collections across various portfolios and sectors Collections on large-scale, active, and written-off portfolios Accurate classification of collection activities Contacting debtors to secure payment commitments Effective negotiation and closure of payments Compliance with quality standards and internal policies WE OFFER: Base salary of $9,650 gross per month Performance bonus of $350 per week Uncapped commissions Statutory benefits Bi-weekly payroll Job stability Fixed rest day on Sundays.
