KPI analysis and expense management We are looking for a Supervisor to coordinate the sales center operations, ensuring inventory control, cash handling, team leadership, and KPI compliance. Responsibilities: • Supervision of daily operations and team management • Inventory control and cycle counts • Cash audits, cash register closures, and cash handling • Order tracking and distributor support • KPI analysis and operational reporting • Staff training and performance feedback • Expense management and process compliance Requirements: • High school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree • 1–2 years of experience as a supervisor or store manager • Experience in personnel management, cash handling, and inventory management • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems • Results-oriented mindset, leadership skills, and customer service focus We Offer: • Salary: $11,000 + $1,500 in vouchers • IMSS coverage from day one • Statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs Location: Downtown, Merida, Yucatan . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years Keywords: resident, store manager, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, cambaceo, sales
