Macropay is seeking a Senior Recruiter with proven experience in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of best recruiting practices and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. * Identify and establish relationships with external recruitment sources and social networks. * Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate suitability for available positions. * Coordinate interviews and selection processes. * Negotiate job offers and close candidates. * Maintain records of recruitment and selection activities. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. * At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a financial services company. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience using applicant tracking systems and social media for recruitment. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
