




We are looking for students in their final semesters or interns pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields, for a minimum stay of 6 months in the Human Resources department. We require an enthusiastic individual to support the HR team in planning and executing projects that strengthen internal communication within our organization, with the goal of retaining human talent. Main activities: * Organize, plan, and manage resources to carry out celebrations, activities, and events. * Upload and update information on our digital bulletin website, as well as disseminate general announcements to staff. * Design visual and multimedia content on social media or other engaging channels to achieve greater reach among our employees. * Assist in the planning and execution of internal campaigns to promote organizational culture. Requirements: * Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. * Ability to commute to the Fco. de Montejo neighborhood. * Medical insurance (provided by school or family). * Skills: Organization, initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm. * Intermediate proficiency in video editing and design tools (Canva, Capcut, or others). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
