Basic review of electrical systems (bulb replacement, inspection of switches and outlets). Review of hydraulic installations (detection of simple leaks, adjustment of valves). Minor repairs (plastering, painting, hardware replacement). Replacement of damaged basic components. Responding to failure reports in offices or common areas. Assisting in furniture repair. Assisting in air conditioning maintenance (filter cleaning). Assisting in water pump inspections. Assisting in lighting system inspections. Painting work in common areas. Basic repair of ceilings, floors, or walls. Adjustment of doors, windows, and locks. Requirements: Completed junior high school with certificate (mandatory) Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in general maintenance Reside near the shopping center Schedule: Availability to rotate shifts, morning and afternoon, Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week.
