We are seeking your talent as a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT at La Isla Mérida. Work Location: La Isla Mérida (Santa Gertrudis Copo) Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities. Repair electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, and/or mechanical equipment. Record activities and comply with safety protocols. Respond promptly and appropriately to internal fault reports. · Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance. Education: Completed high school diploma (certified) or higher. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. Familiarity with safety protocols. Knowledge of electrical systems, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, or air conditioning. · Benefits: Base salary of $11,300 monthly gross (before taxes). 10% savings fund. 30-day year-end bonus. 35% vacation premium.
