Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in Technical Support, Cybersecurity, VPN, Antivirus, Access Policies, Data Backup and Recovery • Windows and Microsoft operating systems • LAN/WAN Network Infrastructure, Structured Cabling, Physical and Virtual Servers • Administrative Systems (e.g., Intelisis, Contpaq preferred) • Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio productivity and management tools. Responsibilities: Design and implement the organization's technology strategy. • Oversee corporate IT infrastructure (servers, networks, communications, cybersecurity, etc.) • Ensure operational continuity of critical business systems. • Manage implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of corporate software (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance). • Lead digital transformation and technological innovation projects. • Establish information security policies and regulatory compliance. • Administer the systems department budget. • Evaluate technology vendors. • Experience managing a Help Desk or Technical Call Center. • Oversee implementation of firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures. • Provide technical support to users, including consultation and resolution of technical issues. • Prepare reports for senior management.
