We are looking for a **Recruitment Coordinator** with strong human sensitivity, a service-oriented mindset, and solid experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, who wishes to positively impact organizational culture and enhance team support—particularly within the commercial area. **What We Offer:** * Initial 3-month contract (probationary period), followed by an indefinite-term contract. * Salary between $15,500 and $16,500 MXN. * On-site work at Insurgentes, Ciudad de México. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Stability and growth opportunities within a solid, established company. **Requirements** * 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. * Experience in performance evaluation and probationary period follow-up. * Experience recruiting commercial profiles. * Professional degree in Psychology or related fields. **Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Collaborate with leaders and internal clients to define job profiles. * Coordinate interviews and competency-based assessments. * Execute hiring and onboarding processes. * Conduct performance evaluations and probationary period follow-up. * Support leaders in developing individual development plans. * Provide ongoing attention and support to the commercial area. * Contribute to strengthening organizational climate through a human-centered and service-oriented approach.
