Active contribution to recruitment and career planning. **Join the Arsa Industrial team!** We are a metal-mechanical sector company specializing in the manufacture of commercial and industrial metal furniture. \- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Accounting, or related fields Experience: \- Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. \- Experience in employee support and follow-up Knowledge: \- Knowledge of Federal Labor Law and IMSS regulations. \- Conflict management and workplace climate improvement projects. \- Understanding of payroll calculation and pre-payroll processing. \- Knowledge of STPS requirements regarding training documentation and follow-up (DC-3, DC-4, NOM-035, etc.). Responsibilities: \- Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. \- DNC and career planning. \- Training and development. \- Employee request handling. \- Administration of Exit Interviews and Workplace Climate Surveys, as well as development of improvement plans. \- Establishment and/or enhancement of policies and procedures relevant to the HR area. \- Coordination of team-building events. \- Uniform control and onboarding.
