




Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the sales strategy, identify market opportunities, and coordinate commercial activities to drive company growth and profitability. Commercial Manager Requirements: Education: Engineering or industrial chemistry degree, or bachelor's degree in business-related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position (preferred) · Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM · Position Objective: Achieve the sales targets established in the strategic plan, identify market needs, motivate the sales force to reinforce company profitability and growth, and coordinate and lead departmental activities · Key Responsibilities: Supervise compliance with operational and administrative procedures for sales and marketing activities Participate in marketing strategies, consolidate projects, close sales, and manage and monitor departmental performance indicators Develop, analyze, manage, and direct sales plans and projects jointly with the Commercial Director and the sales team Design and implement a strategic commercial plan — in collaboration with the Commercial Director and General Director — to expand the customer portfolio and ensure strong company presence Organize and coordinate weekly and monthly work plans for the sales team. Support and guide the sales team to achieve monthly objectives. In special cases, convene emergency meetings Conduct necessary working meetings with sales representatives to review results, plan the remainder of the month, and forecast closing. Track projects and sales representatives’ progress Hold a monthly performance review meeting covering results, evaluation, planning, and feedback for the entire sales force Provide personal attention to key customers to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention Manage the customer service department. Administer the department’s budget, ensuring responsible use of resources.
