Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Front Manager to coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of residential construction fronts, leading field teams. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth At PDH, we seek a Construction Front Manager with extensive experience in residential construction and field team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the correct execution of a construction front, guaranteeing compliance with construction schedules, quality standards, budget, and safety. Fixed-term contract with an initial validity of 1 year, subject to renewal or conversion to an indefinite-term contract based on performance evaluation. Key Responsibilities ° Supervise and coordinate Site Engineers, Assistants, and assigned contractors. ° Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly construction schedules. ° Verify proper execution of work according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. ° Control efficient use of materials, machinery, and resources. ° Manage contractors, estimates, progress, and field productivity. ° Supervise compliance with safety regulations and documentary integration of contractors. ° Prepare progress reports, incident reports, logs, and photographic records. ° Monitor budgets, purchase orders, and resource control for the assigned front. ° Resolve technical and operational issues on site. Requirements ° Education Civil Engineering or Architecture (professional license is mandatory). ° Experience ° Minimum 7 years in residential and high-rise housing construction. ° Minimum 5 years supervising concrete structures and framed systems. ° Minimum 3 years leading field work teams. ° Experience coordinating multiple contractors simultaneously. Technical Knowledge ° Interpretation of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. ° Physical progress tracking vs. construction schedule. ° Unit cost analysis and piecework preparation. ° Construction procedures for horizontal and vertical housing. ° Industrial safety and applicable regulations. ° Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD.
