Credifiel: a financial institution dedicated to providing personal loans to retirees, pensioners, government sector employees, healthcare workers, and education professionals, is seeking a Financial Manager with a strong commercial focus, responsible for leading operations, driving growth, and ensuring the profitability of the business unit through effective management of the sales team and customer service. Objective: Lead the branch to achieve sales and profitability targets by developing the sales force and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Main Responsibilities: - Ensure branch profitability and achievement of targets. - Design and implement commercial strategies based on assigned customer segments. - Supervise and monitor daily performance of the sales team. - Train, motivate, and develop the sales force. - Expand and manage the customer portfolio. - Promote repeat lending (existing customers). - Analyze competition and the local market. - Address requirements from institutions such as CONDUSEF, Public Ministry, and courts. - Ensure proper documentation and operational management. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a manager, coordinator, or sales team leader for payroll-based and domiciled personal credit. - Experience and knowledge in issuing personal loans to retirees and pensioners via payroll and domiciled channels. - Results-oriented with strong target achievement focus. - Leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Availability for fieldwork.
