Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure client success What will be your mission? Drive company growth by generating new revenue and building strong B2B customer relationships. You will serve as a strategic consultant who identifies HR-related needs and proposes SaaS technology solutions that optimize processes and ensure regulatory compliance. What will you do? Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, and closing Deliver customized software demonstrations Identify needs in payroll and talent management processes Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements Track opportunities in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a successful client experience What are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Systems, or related field Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS or HR services) Proven track record of meeting sales targets Knowledge of payroll processes, Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, or SAT Proficiency in CRM and digital prospecting tools Experience with consultative sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, etc.) Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: director, management, government, regency, executive, managing, executive, cambaceo, sales, business, business
