Opportunity for growth into operations roles Important: A financial institution is seeking a Project Coordinator · Job Objective Lead the implementation of operational and technological projects, ensuring the correct execution of processes, digital tools, and internal improvements within the organization. This role focuses on turning ideas into action by coordinating across departments and proactively resolving bottlenecks to ensure tangible progress. · Responsibilities: Execute and implement operational and continuous improvement projects Coordinate the implementation of digital tools (CRM, software, automation) Design, structure, and optimize interdepartmental workflows Actively monitor projects, ensuring timely and proper completion Identify bottlenecks and resolve them proactively Coordinate with technology and operational vendors Collaborate with various departments (finance, risk, legal, operations, etc.) to ensure execution Document processes, implementations, and progress Develop manuals and maintain internal process controls · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field Required experience: 2–5 years in roles such as: Project coordination Operations Process implementation Continuous improvement Experience in: CRM, ERP or digital tool implementation; vendor coordination; process creation or improvement Key knowledge areas: Project management Digital tools / enterprise software Interest in or experience using AI tools (desirable) Key skills: Strong execution capability Practical and solution-oriented thinking Ability to work across multiple departments We offer: Monthly salary of $22,000 (based on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Direct collaboration with the General Management Participation in strategic projects Opportunity for growth into operations roles A dynamic and evolving work environment · Work location: Mérida, Yuc. – Requirements – Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
