Technical Appraisal: Conduct basic mechanical inspections to determine the actual condition and value of cars and motorcycles. 2. Consultation and Sales: Direct client interaction, providing competitive quotations and closing pawn/vehicle sale transactions. 3. Administrative Management: Preparing case files, meticulously reviewing invoices and vehicle documentation to ensure process legality. 4. Field Operations: Transporting and physically verifying vehicles. What We Are Looking For: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year performing vehicle appraisals (mandatory). 2. Technical Knowledge: Basic mechanics and validation of vehicle documents. 3. Skills: Proficient driving of standard automobiles and motorcycles (mandatory). 4. Education: High school diploma (in progress or completed). 5. Competencies: Strong customer orientation, honesty, employment stability, and excellent administrative organization Our Offer: 1. Base Salary: $9,900.00 MXN gross per month. 2. Commission Scheme: Uncapped! Increase your income based on your performance. 3. Food Vouchers: $500.00 MXN per month. 4.
