Job Objective Support the drafting, review, analysis, and interpretation of notarial acts and procedures through specialized technical and legal advisory services in notarial matters. Ensure regulatory compliance and assist in implementing policies, guidelines, and technical criteria for notarial functions, so that the notarial deed execution process for each and every transaction required by the company is efficient, timely, and compliant with current regulations and internal timelines and procedures of the Department and the Shareholders’ Assembly, thereby providing legal security and accuracy. Main Responsibilities Coordinate communication between the company, notaries, and various related institutions, as well as supervise processes with each of them. Review case files, public instruments, and legal documents to verify compliance with current regulations. Draft and review notarial deeds containing various legal acts, and follow up until registration with the Public Registry and Cadastre, and delivery to the applicant (where applicable). Timely request and payment of taxes generated by transactions formalized before notary offices. Timely request and payment of fees and other charges required for registration of respective legal acts with the Public Registry and Cadastre, where applicable. Verify proper collection and safekeeping of legal documentation from clients and involved parties prior to submission to various institutions and notary offices. Identify errors or omissions and issue observations regarding notarial draft documents. Propose guidelines, templates, or procedural improvements for the department. Maintain updated databases related to notarial acts. Resolve legal observations issued by administrative institutions such as the Cadastre, Public Registry, and Municipal Treasury offices. Provide notarial advisory services to clients and internal staff. Perform other tasks assigned by the Notarial Legal Coordinator, Deed Execution Legal Coordinator, Deed Execution Legal Manager, and Senior Legal Manager.
