The position will be responsible for consolidating a centralized administration that supervises and supports various business lines, ensuring order, control, and timely tracking of administrative and financial information. Desired Profile • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, Financial Administration, or related fields (preferably with an administrative and organizational focus). ***Important: An operational accounting profile is NOT sought***. • Minimum 8 years in managerial or administrative leadership positions. • Proven experience in administrative structuring and process creation. • Desirable experience managing multiple business units. • Prior experience in family-owned businesses. • Ability to create and implement processes across different departments. • Stable, structured profile with executive judgment. • Ability to establish order, control, and administrative professionalization. Technical Knowledge • Budgetary and administrative control. • Accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Inventory management. • Interpretation of financial statements and income statements. • Proficiency in SAP and/or administrative/commercial ERP systems. • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. • Experience in creating, developing departments and processes.
