You will document and map the return flow of non-conforming materials. You will monitor returns at the branch and log incidents. You will analyze incident root causes and propose immediate corrective actions. You will track improvement plans together with involved departments to reduce recurrence. You will receive continuous mentoring and feedback for your development from the project leader. **What are we looking for in you?** Currently enrolled student in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, starting from the 7th semester. Strong desire to learn, proactivity, dynamism, analytical thinking, and a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively in a team. Basic to intermediate Excel skills (as you will handle spreadsheets). Availability during the schedule of 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **What do we offer you?** Monthly stipend.
