The purpose of this vacancy is to provide technical support, maintenance, and operational monitoring for web applications across various environments, ensuring their availability, timely updates, and correct functionality through direct user support and proactive incident resolution. Responsibilities: * Install and configure the technology to be used within the company. * Perform periodic system maintenance. * Provide assistance to employees or internal customers. * Identify system and application failures. * Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions. * Identify solutions for any failures and implement them. * Implement and guide various teams in executing new applications or operating systems. Requirements: Education – Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge: * Operating Systems – Windows Server. * Web Servers – Advanced IIS (Internet Information Services). * Databases – SQL Server (complex queries, joins, triggers, and basic optimization). * Development – Basic knowledge of .NET and JavaScript (for code reading and debugging). * Others – REST API consumption and networking fundamentals (NFS, connectivity). Experience: * 2–3 years in web application or enterprise system technical support. * Administration and configuration of IIS (Internet Information Services) and Windows Server environments. * Creation/modification of stored procedures, functions, views, and script handling for problem resolution and data maintenance. * Script execution, backup management (backups/restores), and deployment of controlled updates. * End-user or internal customer support under service-level agreement (SLA) frameworks.
