This is a **100% operational and supervisory position**, with direct involvement in operations whenever required. Job Objective Ensure warehouse operational efficiency through inventory control, accurate order preparation, shipment consolidation, and return reintegration, guaranteeing discipline, order, and reliability in daily operations. Main Responsibilities **Planning and Control** * Daily review of service orders and priorities. * Organization of warehouse layout by zones and locations. * Coordination of preparation and loading timelines with logistics. **Operational Execution** * Supervision of furniture picking, staging, and preparation. * Consolidation of complete orders in the loading zone. * Operational support in loading and arrangement as required by operations. **Inventory and Organization** * Control of incoming, outgoing, and returned items. * Maintenance of inventory records by physical location. * Support in cycle counts and inventory adjustments. **Personnel Management** * Assignment of daily tasks to the operational team (approx. 15 people). * Monitoring of discipline, timeliness, and work quality. * Immediate correction of operational deviations. **Returns and Quality** * Coordination of unloading and reintegration of furniture. * Identification of damages and referral to maintenance or quality departments. **Continuous Improvement** * Proposal of improvements to layout, workflows, and working methods. * Preparation of basic reports on incidents and productivity. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Picking accuracy. * On-time readiness of orders at the loading dock. * Return reintegration time. * Quality incidents during order preparation. Requirements * **Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations**, including supervisory experience. * Experience in inventory control, warehouse layout, and reverse logistics. * Operational leadership and team management skills. * High level of organization and ability to work under pressure. * Proficiency in **basic to intermediate Excel**. * Availability to work operational hours.
