Job Objective Ensure inventory control, safeguarding, and timely availability through efficient warehouse management, guaranteeing order, traceability, and compliance with internal procedures to support the company’s operational continuity. Main Responsibilities * Monitor physical and system-based inventory receipts, issuances, and stock levels. * Receive, inspect, and record goods in accordance with purchase orders and supporting documentation. * Organize and maintain the warehouse based on criteria of order, safety, and rotation (FIFO/FEFO). * Prepare and dispatch materials per authorized requisitions. * Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories; identify and report shrinkage, expirations, and discrepancies. * Coordinate with Procurement and Production on minimum, maximum, and reorder point levels. * Maintain documentary control and traceability by batch, date, and supplier where applicable. * Generate basic inventory, consumption, and movement reports. * Comply with and enforce internal policies, controls, and warehouse guidelines. * Support internal audits and inventory control reviews. Job Requirements Education: * Completed high school diploma (technical certification preferred). * Completed or incomplete technical degree or bachelor’s degree in logistics, administration, industrial engineering, or related field (preferred). Experience: * Warehouse or inventory control experience. * Order scheduling, goods receipt, and merchandise control experience. * Experience in food or manufacturing companies is preferred. Technical Knowledge: * Inventory control and product rotation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency and ERP systems knowledge (preferred). * Documentation of receipts and issuances. * Traceability, FEFO/FIFO. * Basic 5S principles of organization, cleanliness, and safety. * HACCP or food traceability knowledge is preferred. Key Competencies * Organization and attention to detail. * Discipline and adherence to processes. * Honesty and integrity. * Control and follow-up capability. * Teamwork and cross-departmental coordination. * Sense of urgency and operational accountability.
