Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage inventories, optimize logistics and distribution, reduce costs and lead times, and implement continuous improvements in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventories and optimizes the supply chain. 2. Implements processes and continuous improvement strategies. 3. Leads training and efficiency of warehouse resources. **Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.** **Age:** 35 \- 55 years old **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Work Location:** Assigned warehouse, areas within CDMX and the metropolitan area. **Experience:** 8 \- 10 years ***Driver’s License (Mandatory)*** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Report monthly inventories. * Forecast demand. * Establish minimum and maximum inventory levels. * Develop distribution and logistics policies. * Implement cost and response time reduction strategies. * Draft procedures. * Implement processes, KPIs, and 5S. * Organize warehouse using the FEFO system. * Train staff on procedures. * Ensure layout compliance. * Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and other applicable regulations. * Risk analysis. * Problem analysis and resolution. * Train, delegate, and optimize material and human resources in the warehouse. * Develop improvement plans.
