Keep reading… **Purpose and Overall Objective: (first paragraph of the job description)** Provide necessary support and assistance to the Treasury leadership, primarily in operational matters, to ensure appropriate and efficient management of the company’s monetary resources, collaborating on the implementation of continuous improvements and necessary controls across all processes to guarantee uninterrupted operations in accordance with established policies and procedures. **Your Responsibilities:** **(List all responsibilities from the job description)** * Manage various banking portals and upload all treasury operations * Record all treasury transactions in ERP systems * Support preparation of daily and monthly cash files in MXP, USD and EUR * Notify and send PECE charges to Foreign Trade and Accounts Payable * Identify and prepare Other Income receipts; manage the Other Income email inbox * Control and track bank reconciliations * Manage the general Treasury archive * Support monthly closing activities * Support activities related to credit card payments * Communicate to departments regarding credit card delivery and arrival **Profile Requirements** **Required Academic and Professional Experience** * Degree holder in Accounting, Administration, Finance or related field * Knowledge of payment uploads via banking portals * Familiarity with various electronic banking platforms and tax portals * Treasury-related procedures * General accounting knowledge * Proficiency in multiple ERPs (JDE mandatory) * Credit card payment processing Familiarity with various electronic banking platforms, intermediate Office skills, intermediate accounting knowledge, cash flow control, bank reconciliations, knowledge of and experience handling trusts **Language Level (English):** * Intermediate English **Competencies:** *The following competencies in bold below are mission-critical for this role to drive Pernod Ricard forward.
