Position Summary: Support the registration, modification, and tracking of reservations while responding to customer requests and providing information in a hotel environment. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in administrative organization **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in registering, modifying, and tracking reservations within the hotel’s system. * Provide initial response to information and reservation requests via telephone, email, or messaging. * Provide customers with information regarding room availability, rates, promotions, and hotel services. * Assist in updating occupancy calendars and room availability. * Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure reservations are accurately recorded. * Assist in preparing simple reservation reports and guest tracking reports. * Organize and manage administrative information for the department. * Assist in tracking special guest requests prior to arrival. **Candidate Profile Education** * Currently enrolled undergraduate student in Tourism, Tourism Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field. **Experience** * Not mandatory. * Basic customer service experience or internships related to tourism or hospitality are desirable. **Required Knowledge** * Basic knowledge of the tourism or hospitality industry. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word). * Proficiency in email and digital communication tools. * Basic knowledge of front desk or hotel reservation processes is desirable. **Proposed Schedule** * 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm * Monday through Friday Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $4,000.00 \- $4,000.01 per month Work Location: On-site employment
