




Job Summary: Ensure operational continuity of the technology infrastructure and key platforms by providing technical support and preventive/corrective maintenance for computing equipment. Logical analysis and troubleshooting with autonomy and proactivity Job Objective Ensure operational continuity of the technology infrastructure and key business platforms through technical support. Perform physical preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment, ensuring cleanliness, order, and proper connectivity in compliance with standards. Salary: $8,000.00 to $9,000.00 monthly Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Work Modality: On-site Main Responsibilities: - Updating, and performing corrective and preventive maintenance on computing equipment; diagnosing and supporting software (desktops and laptops) - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. - Providing assistance to staff. - On-site support. - SharePoint site backups. - Computing equipment data backups. - Structured cabling. - Cloning and migration. - Configuration of multifunctional devices. Essential Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (graduated or letter of completion). * 1 year of experience in Level 2 technical support and application support. Technical Skills * Windows and macOS (advanced). * Intermediate SQL * Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Office 365. * Networking * Key Competencies * Logical analysis and troubleshooting. * Autonomy and proactivity. * Excellent service attitude and user management skills.
