




Job Summary: Bellísima is seeking a Technical Support professional to join its team, providing assistance and ensuring technological operational continuity within the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical assistance to internal and external users. 2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues. 3. Manage inventory of technological assets and configure access permissions. **Bellísima**, a leading company in the Cosmetics sector, is looking for your talent as a Technical Support professional to join our team. **Objective:** Provide technical assistance to internal or external users to resolve incidents related to hardware, software, and connectivity, ensuring the company’s technological operational continuity. **Technical Knowledge** * Hardware: Repair and preventive maintenance of laptops, PCs, printers, and peripherals. * Software: Installation and configuration of Windows/macOS, Office 365 suite, ERP systems, antivirus software, and remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer). * Networks: Basic LAN/WLAN network configuration, TCP/IP protocols, cable crimping, and router configuration. **Main Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and resolve technical issues across corporate offices and stores. * Install and update operating systems and applications broadly. * Manage inventory of technological assets (computing equipment and licenses). * Configure email accounts, corporate user accounts, network access, and telephone lines for new employees. * Document solutions and create user guides for frequently asked questions, among others. **Professional Profile and Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computing, Informatics, or related technical field; TSU in Informatics or Technical High School diploma aligned with the area. * Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar position. **Work Schedule and Location:** Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off. Location: Colonia México Oriente.
