* Professional with strategic vision and deep technical expertise. * Expert in networking, security, VoIP, hardware, and infrastructure administration. * Capable of sustaining full operations without supervision. * Makes decisions under pressure and anticipates risks. * Design, administration, and optimization of network infrastructure: LAN/WAN/VLAN, firewall, VPN, QoS, and load balancing. * Advanced configuration of routers, managed switches, access points, and perimeter security. * Comprehensive management of VoIP telephony (servers, SIP trunks, QoS, call recordings, extensions, softphones). * Monitoring, maintenance, and escalation of physical/virtual servers. * Management of cybersecurity policies, backups, antivirus, access controls, hardening, and compliance. * Administration of CCTV and video surveillance systems with high-availability protocols. * Preventive/corrective maintenance of laptops, PCs, peripherals, and operational tools. * Implementation of improvements, automation, and documentation of technical processes. * On-site support for critical incidents, with Level 3 diagnostic capability. * Direct coordination with internet, telephony, and cloud service providers. * Technical leadership for the support area and assistance to key users. * Degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field. * **3–5 years of proven professional experience** in IT infrastructure administration and senior support. * Network protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, STP, RADIUS, VPN. * Routers, managed switches, firewalls, UTM. * VoIP telephony (Asterisk, Issabel, 3CX or similar). * Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (Hyper\-V/VMware). * Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG or similar). * Professional CCTV (NVR, PoE, remote configurations). * Experience in continuous-operation environments with high user volume. * Ability to document, lead, and execute technology projects.
