Implementation of new tools and cybersecurity policies **Position: Systems Engineer** Location: CDMX Work Modality: In-office Monday to Thursday, Remote Friday Department: Systems **What will you do in this role?** * Provide first- and second-level technical support to users * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and peripherals * Perform preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance * Network and cabling supervision * Update inventories and document procedures * Develop cybersecurity policies, execute basic data backups and recovery * Implement new tools or platforms **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in technical support or basic infrastructure administration * Google Workspace / Office 365 * Basic networking and security, data backup and recovery * Antivirus, basic security, remote support * Problem-solving skills, service orientation, clear and patient communication.
