We stand out for our high-quality customer service. **POINT-OF-SALE SUPERVISOR WITH RETAIL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.** **\- OBJECTIVE:** * Supervise point-of-sale operations, ensuring achievement of sales objectives, proper execution of operational and administrative processes, inventory control, and effective personnel management, in order to deliver a positive shopping experience to customers and guarantee business profitability. **\- REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven 1-year experience in a similar position. * Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales. * Experience managing personnel, with a minimum team size of 4 people. * Knowledge of store/kiosk administration. * Flexible availability of working hours. * Age between 23 and 30 years. * Excellent personal presentation and appearance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **\- RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for precisely meeting sales targets. * Resolving customer complaints. * Completing daily Cash-Out Sheets. * Wearing the uniform assigned by the company. * Assisting in interviews and personnel selection. * Training staff. * Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-maintained point of sale. * Sending required reports to each corporate department via the official WhatsApp channel assigned to the Operations Group. * Submitting orders to the warehouse department every Monday before 12:00 PM. **\- WE OFFER:** * Base monthly salary of $10,000.00 (two biweekly payments of $5,000.00 each). * Monthly commission of 3% of the total point-of-sale revenue (only upon reaching target). * Uncapped commissions and achievable targets. * Opportunity for career growth. * No benefits package provided, only vacation time and Christmas bonus (aguinaldo). **WORKING HOURS** * Shift duration of 8 to 10 hours between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM. * One weekday day off. **CONTACT VIA WHATSAPP: LIC.
