Actively works to build a structured operation. **Process and Continuous Improvement Specialist** **About the Company** We are a Mexican business group focused on engineering solutions, maintenance, and specialized industrial services, with expertise in areas such as HVAC, refrigeration, automation, energy, and specialized technical services. We are currently undergoing a critical phase of institutionalization and organizational transformation, implementing new processes, policies, and structures to strengthen operations, establish order, and professionalize our various business units. Therefore, we seek to bring onboard an individual who not only possesses technical knowledge but also has the ability to build structure, drive change, and collaborate across departments to foster a process-oriented, quality-focused, and continuously improving culture. **What will you do in this role?** * Coordinate and drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects. * Document, update, and standardize internal processes. * Monitor KPIs, controls, and action plans. * Coordinate internal audits and follow-up on corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and guidelines. * Work closely with leaders, managers, and executive leadership to identify improvement opportunities. * Facilitate quality initiatives, customer service improvements, and process-based approaches. * Generate executive reports and track strategic projects. * Actively participate in building and reinforcing a more structured and self-managed operation. **What are we looking for?** * Highly self-managed. * Skilled at interacting with management, executive leadership, and various operational departments. * Capable of objectively and constructively questioning existing processes. * Clear communicator with strong follow-up discipline. * Structured, organized, and results-oriented. * Proactive with the ability to establish order where processes are still under development. * Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. * Enjoys creating structure, documenting processes, and translating ideas into concrete actions. **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience in processes, quality, or continuous improvement. * Essential knowledge of ISO 9001:2015\. * Desired knowledge of process audits and quality management systems. * Experience or familiarity with process documentation, KPIs, and document control. * Desired knowledge of methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean, or process-based management. * Proficiency in KPIs, Office 365, and administrative tools. **Plus if you have knowledge in:** * ISO 31000 * ISO 45001 * ISO 14001 * Risk management * Strategic planning * ERP **We Offer:** * Mérida, Yucatán \| Xcumpich Area (behind Siglo XXI) * Salary: $20,000 MXN net per month * Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. \| Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Lunch break: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Opportunity to participate in a key stage of growth and organizational transformation. * Real impact on the company’s structure and evolution. * Collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. * Professional development and ongoing learning. * Statutory benefits. * PTU guarantee equivalent to 15 days. * Paid birthday leave.
