




We are looking for a **Social Media Manager** with strategic vision, creative skills, and solid experience in **managing advertising campaigns (Meta Ads)**, developing **communication plans**, and designing **coherent content calendars aligned with business objectives**. Analytical thinker and results-oriented, capable of translating business goals into effective content actions and campaigns that drive conversion. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives. * Create and manage **paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads)**, focused on lead generation and/or sales. * Develop and execute monthly/quarterly digital communication plans. * Design and maintain **content calendars** consistent across platforms and aligned with active campaigns. * Coordinate with design, content, and performance teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in execution. * Measure, analyze, and optimize post and campaign performance (KPIs). * Monitor trends and opportunities within the digital landscape to apply them to the brand strategy. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 3 years of proven experience** managing social media and creating ads. * Prior experience developing and executing digital communication plans. * Advanced knowledge of **social media management tools**, **Ads Manager**, and analytics platforms. * Ability to create and oversee **multichannel content calendars**. * Excellent writing, creativity, and strategic thinking. * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Preferred: prior experience in e-commerce or digital products.
