Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to manage personnel, diagnose and repair faults in cutting machines, and expertly operate bending and grinding machines in the metallurgical sector. Expert operation of bending machines and grinding machines We are looking for a responsible individual to supervise a shift at a metalworking company in León. Your main duties will include diagnosing and repairing faults in cutting machines, as well as expertly operating bending and grinding machines. You will also be responsible for feeding machinery and planning personnel schedules, organizing work rosters. You will perform other duties inherent to the position as required by operational needs. A temporary full-time contract is offered, with a weekly working schedule of 40 hours. Working hours are Monday to Friday: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:30, and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 5 years’ experience performing similar tasks. * We seek a proactive, responsible individual oriented toward personnel management and possessing extensive knowledge of the sector. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. Experience related to the ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy sector will be valued.
