The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. * Identify and build relationships with external recruitment sources and social media platforms. * Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for open positions. * Coordinate interviews and selection processes. * Negotiate job offers and close candidates. * Maintain records of recruitment and selection activities. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience for administrative, managerial, and technology positions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience using applicant tracking systems and social media for recruitment. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
