If you are analytical, proactive, and enjoy making strategic decisions, we want to meet you. **Your Responsibilities:** * Analyze market and demand trends to define effective pricing strategies. * Manage rates, inventory, and distribution across all channels (direct and OTAs). * Monitor competitors and maintain rate parity. * Design and implement strategies that optimize revenue and occupancy. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and promotions. * Evaluate performance using key KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy. * Continuously improve channel mix and distribution efficiency. **What We Require From You:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in revenue management, hotel e-commerce, or tourism commercial areas. * Knowledge of the Cancún and Riviera Maya tourism markets. * Proficiency in revenue management tools and OTA management systems. * Strong analytical ability, effective negotiation skills, and good communication. * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Willingness to reside in Cancún. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses. * Professional growth and development within a leading tourism company. * A dynamic, collaborative, and motivating work environment.
