We are looking for your talent as: **Reservation Agent** Objective: Process reservations received through various communication channels, capture and manage reservation requests, and provide personalized, high-quality service aligned with customers’ needs and expectations, based on industry best practices, company policies, and standards. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Advanced English proficiency. * Must reside in Cancún. Experience: * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role—Reservations or Customer Service, Front Desk. * Experience in vacation clubs/hospitality is desirable. Technical Skills: * Familiarity with extranets and reservation systems. * Telephone etiquette and effective complaint handling. * Opera system experience is desirable.
