Job Objective: Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper technical, operational, and administrative execution of reforestation and ecological restoration projects in the field, guaranteeing compliance with environmental targets, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Requirements: * Education: Forestry Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agronomy, Biology, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reforestation, ecological restoration, or forest management projects. * Experience coordinating fieldwork teams. * Knowledge of native species from northern Mexico and establishment techniques for semi-arid zones (desirable). * Knowledge of irrigation systems for reforestation (desirable). * Proficiency in planning and reporting tools (Intermediate–Advanced Excel). * Valid driver’s license. * Availability for 70–80% fieldwork.
