Job Summary: Responsible for controlling, recording, and supervising the flow of materials, ensuring accurate inventories, and proposing improvements to material management. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the control and registration of raw materials and supplies in ERP. 2. Coordinate the flow of materials among purchasing, warehouse, and production. 3. Propose improvements to material handling and inventory management processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and record the availability of raw materials and/or supplies for each active project in the ERP. · Identify and report missing materials that could affect production, ensuring timely follow-up and replenishment. · Verify that material purchases and deliveries comply with technical specifications and quantities requested by engineering. * Generate FO\-AL\-02\-01 Material Requisition Form to withdraw required materials for the production department. * Deliver materials to the corresponding subprocess. * Supervise proper material usage to prevent waste and/or losses. * Coordinate recovery and return of surplus materials to the warehouse, ensuring accurate registration. * Act as liaison among purchasing, warehouse, and production departments to ensure appropriate material flow. * Conduct weekly inventories of raw materials and supplies, reporting potential shortages to purchasing. * Prepare weekly reports on material control and surplus management for administrative management. * Identify and propose improvements to material handling and inventory control processes. * Ensure compliance with established procedures in purchasing and warehouse departments.
