Implement IT/OT segmentation and industrial cybersecurity ### **Information Systems Process Automation Engineer** Integrate industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and industrial networks) into the IT Infrastructure area, ensuring standardization, cybersecurity, technical documentation, and operational continuity under an IT/OT governance model coordinated with Operations and Maintenance. **OBJECTIVE** Enable the IT Infrastructure and Support area to assume strategic management of industrial automation systems (PLCs), incorporating specialized control and automation engineers into its structure, working collaboratively with Operations and Maintenance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Diagnose and assess the current automation infrastructure. * Define technical standards and common PLC architecture. * Manage backups, version control, and formal documentation. * Implement IT/OT segmentation and industrial cybersecurity best practices. * Integrate plant systems with corporate platforms (ERP, MES). * Provide technical coordination with Operations and Maintenance. * Supervise external system integrators and technology vendors. * Develop a phased roadmap for upgrade and standardization. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in industrial automation. * Proven experience in PLC programming and diagnostics (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, or others). * Knowledge of industrial networks (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus). * Experience in SCADA/HMI integration. * Desired experience in IT/OT integration and industrial cybersecurity. * Intermediate–advanced technical English. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical leadership capability without direct hierarchical authority. * Structured thinking and architectural vision. * Ability to work in plant environments. * Clear communication with operational and IT stakeholders. * Focus on risk reduction and operational continuity. **LOCATION:** * Av.
