Incident investigation and report preparation Main Responsibilities of a Private Security Supervisor: Operational Supervision: Conduct physical patrols and visits to service posts to verify guard presence, uniform compliance, equipment status, and adherence to instructions. Personnel Management: Assign shifts, cover absences, evaluate performance, motivate the team, and resolve workplace conflicts. Training and Instruction: Train staff on security procedures, equipment usage, and reinforce knowledge of company policies. Incident and Reporting Management: Investigate incidents (e.g., thefts, accidents), prepare detailed reports, and coordinate emergency response actions. Physical Security Review: Identify unsafe acts and conditions on-site, monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems. Communication and Liaison: Serve as the liaison between the security company, the client, and, if necessary, public security forces. Equipment Control: Verify the condition, maintenance, and proper use of firearms, radios, and personal protective equipment.
