Pavo Real Manzana 32 Lote 23, Lomas de San Esteban, 56257 **Texcoco de Mora, State of Mexico**. **Live near the Area** (Los Reyes, La Paz, Nezahualcóyotl, Texcoco de Mora, Ixtapaluca, Lomas de San Esteban, Coatlinchán, etc.). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare digital files for flexographic printing, ensuring design accuracy and quality. * Use specialized software such as i3D and Pack\-Z, focused on shrink sleeves. * Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure technical feasibility of designs. * Conduct color proofs and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results. * Maintain the integrity and organization of digital files and related documentation. * Follow established quality standards and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and process efficiency. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proficiency in core programs: Photoshop and Illustrator (80\-100 %). * Prior experience as a prepress operator in the flexographic industry (Min. 2 years). * In-depth knowledge of graphic design software, especially IC3D and PackZ ESKO. * Ability to work with high-resolution digital files and specific formats for flexographic printing. * Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field. Experience in prepress or related field.
