A reputable company specializing in chromatography equipment and industrial services is seeking a Sales Intern. **General Purpose:** Support the Sales Department through the accurate execution and follow-up of administrative-commercial processes, ensuring control, recording, and updating of key information in internal systems (CRM and ERP), as well as preparing quotations and cost analyses, thereby contributing to the organization of the sales pipeline and enabling timely, structured decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare project cost tables for equipment and services in Excel. * Generate quotations in Alpha ERP. * Update and maintain the Pipedrive CRM and Alpha ERP. * Record and document all activities in the CRM. * Conduct remote follow-ups on quotations via brief phone calls and emails. * Assist in organizing and managing the sales pipeline. * Update and maintain SharePoint. **Required Experience:** * Proficiency in Excel. * Eagerness to learn. * Interest in sales.
