**We are seeking: Payroll Manager** ***Objective: To accurately prepare the company’s payroll, including related verification tasks such as payroll receipts, monitoring internal controls, attending to employees regarding payroll matters, and social security, among the most common responsibilities. Administration and payment of state, federal, INFONAVIT, IMSS, and other related taxes.*** **Requirements:** * Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3 years managing large-scale payrolls, preferably in companies with over 200 employees. * Experience in registering and calculating IMSS contributions. * Experience in handling and calculating FONACOT loans and deductions. * Knowledge of REPSE and IDSE. * Handling personnel incidents and registrations/terminations in payroll systems. * Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. * Numerical and analytical skills. * Proficiency in payroll software (NOMINPAQ). * Knowledge of tax calculations and related reporting. **Responsibilities:** * Preparing weekly, biweekly, and monthly pre\-payrolls. * Managing pre\-payroll incidents — REGISTRATIONS, TERMINATIONS, SALARY CHANGES, SUA DISABILITIES, IDSE, NOMIPAQ, AND ASPEL. * Payroll calculations. * Generating stamped payroll receipts. * Calculating severance payments. * Managing payroll payment dates — weekly, biweekly, monthly. * Processing employee registrations, terminations, and modifications via IMSS on behalf of the company. * Accurately calculating IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT contributions. * Monthly and bimonthly IMSS reconciliations. * Calculating the 2% ISN. * Processing payroll incidents — registrations, terminations, salary changes, overtime, absences, leaves, penalties, disabilities, special compensations, various deductions. * Reporting monthly closing information to Finance\-Accounting\-Treasury. * Processing employee registrations, terminations, and modifications via IMSS on behalf of the company. **We offer:** * Salary ranging from $20,000 to $30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. * Statutory benefits. * Office hours. * Location: San Pedro Garza García, NL.
