Coordinate personnel, monitor equipment, and manage inventories. **Operations Supervisor** Availability to rotate shifts from Monday to Saturday Competitive salary Statutory benefits *Main Responsibilities:* \* Supervise product receipt, storage, distribution, and transportation under temperature-controlled conditions. \* Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and sanitary regulatory protocols. \* Coordinate operational staff across shifts, assigning tasks and verifying performance. \* Monitor refrigeration equipment and temperature control systems, managing preventive and corrective maintenance. \* Prepare operational reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement plans. \* Manage inventories and minimize losses due to expiration or cold chain failures. \* Train staff on good practices for handling perishable products. \* Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. \* Ensure inventory control and accuracy. \* Ensure execution of physical inventory programs established by the organization and/or customer. \* Supervise product movements and their system registration, ensuring information reliability. \* Supervise, propose, and plan corrective actions for inventory discrepancies. \* Supervise and validate rejected/returned goods inventory. \* Coordinate, supervise, and validate inventory counts and reconciliations.
