Conduct daily kickoff meetings, Daily + Weekly Stand-Up Meetings, as well as shift handovers (handover of duties upon shift change) 2. Ensure accurate data entry into the system aligned with physical processes 3. Ensure proper execution of operational processes according to agreed requirements and service levels 4. Apply the 5S methodology and continuous improvement initiatives in areas under your responsibility 5. Manage floor-level process execution, ensuring contractual and internal performance indicators are met 6. Balance workloads across both human capital and material resources 7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication regarding operational requirements and best warehouse practices 8. Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions 9. Maintain disciplined resource control to achieve desired productivity 10. Ensure staff properly complete checklists for assigned areas, tools, or equipment 11. Ensure all processes are managed through documented procedures on authorized platforms 12. Serve as a key user of the WMS or site-specific system under your responsibility 13. Monitor F&D personnel performance indicators to support Category Certification compliance 14.
