Conduct daily kick-off meetings, Daily + Weekly Stand-Up Meetings, as well as shift handovers (handover/takeover) 2. Ensure accurate data entry into the system aligned with physical processes 3. Ensure correct execution of operational processes according to agreed requirements and service levels 4. Apply the 5S methodology and continuous improvement in areas under your responsibility 5. Manage floor-level process execution, ensuring compliance with contractual and internal performance indicators 6. Balance workloads across both human capital and material resources 7. Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication regarding operational requirements and best warehousing practices 8. Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions 9. Maintain disciplined resource control to achieve desired productivity 10. Ensure staff properly complete checklists for assigned areas, tools, or equipment 11. Ensure all processes are managed through documented procedures on authorized platforms 12. Serve as a key user of the WMS or site-specific system under your responsibility 13. Monitor F&D personnel performance indicators to ensure Category Certification compliance 14.
