This opportunity is for you! **Your Mission:** Ensure operational continuity through monitoring and support of critical infrastructure. **Your Responsibilities:** * Ticket management and resolution (Software/Networks). * Network monitoring and preventive maintenance. * Technical documentation of solutions. * Audit and configuration of workstations. **Technical Profile (Stack):** * **Education:** Completed degree in Engineering (Cybernetics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field). * **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year (Junior talent welcome!). * **Networking:** TCP/IP, Structured cabling, Switches/Routers, VPN. * **Systems:** Operating system administration, SSH, and basic cybersecurity. * **Coding:** Python (Basic). *Plus: SQL/JQL.* * **Language:** Advanced/Conversational English (Mandatory). **Value Proposition:** * **Net Salary:** $18,000 \- $22,000 MXN per month. * Opportunity to work with leading technologies.
