




Job Summary: The Quality Control Inspector verifies that products comply with requirements defined in instructions and specifications, ensuring quality throughout the process. Trains new quality inspectors and implements continuous improvements. **Job Description** **Overview:** The Quality Control Inspector conducts first-article, in-process, and final (random) inspections to verify that the product complies with requirements defined in work instructions (PPF/Routes), as well as with specifications outlined in various operational documents such as requirement sheets, substitutions, deviations, ECNs, and manufacturing procedures. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Verify that each component used in a product meets the acceptance criteria. * Verify compliance with all documents specifying applicable manufacturing instructions for the product, such as PPFs, routes, special requirements, ECNs, deviations, substitutions, etc. * Verify quality requirements at different stages of the manufacturing process—assembly, wrapping, sealing, and packaging—through first-article releases and random sampling during the manufacturing process of each product, MFC, or sub-assembly (as applicable). * Monitor the production system’s adherence to procedures and good manufacturing practices. * Train new candidates for quality inspector positions. * Implement simple continuous improvement ideas under MySIK. **Required Knowledge:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Production areas. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Minimum 1 year of experience handling and completing Document Control. * English proficiency: 80%. * Software skills: Windows Office—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * AS400 knowledge. **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-oriented * Leadership * Responsible **Education:** High school diploma or incomplete undergraduate degree.
