Position Summary: We are seeking a Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant to lead and participate in implementation and support projects, from requirements gathering through to go-live. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in functional requirements meetings (Fit/GAP analysis). 2. Configuration and end-user training in Microsoft Business Central. 3. Experience with Supply, MRP, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, and Sales modules. **Join the Biplusdata team as a Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant** In this search, we aim to fill an opening for a **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant**. This functional consultant role will be responsible for participating across various phases of /support/configuration of Microsoft Business Central projects. **Responsibilities** * · Lead/participate in client meetings for gathering functional requirements (Fit/GAP analysis and/or Functional Requirements Document (FRD)). * Configure the company scope as defined in the project’s FRD. * Efficiently and thoroughly document and communicate identified GAPs to the development team. * Conduct end-user training. * Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client to validate the solution addressing the GAPs. * Provide assistance during go-live. **Requirements** * Minimum Education: University degree * \+3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central (regardless of other ERPs), specifically in the Supply, MRP, and Manufacturing modules. * \+3 years of experience in consulting, implementation, and functional maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with focus on Finance, Procurement, and Sales. * \+3 years of experience developing customizations. * Client-facing communication skills. * Ability to understand and translate business processes into technological solutions. * Excellent communication skills are mandatory. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies. * Prior experience in gathering functional requirements (Fit/GAP analysis and/or Functional Requirements Document (FRD)). * Relevant experience in a **commercial** environment.
